eBay sells UNauthorized, illegally reproduced, counterfeit photos of mine. It is very difficult to find, stop and rectify the situation. eBay protects the criminal seller and their income. Plus they have never enforced compensation to me, the wronged copyright holder.

IF you find ANY photos of mine or you think are mine being sold on eBay or ANYWHERE, please write me. It might be a photo print or on merch, like a t-shirt, poster, whatever. You are helping protect the Jenny Lens Punk Archive, my loyal customers, my fans and doing the right thing! You might not have been there, but you are helping to keep it alive!

IF you find cheap photos on eBay, which are mine, they are COUNTERFEIT, ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT CHEAP REPRODUCTIONS.

IF you spend $10, you will get a photo that's been scanned from a book or from one of my legit prints, possibly digitally printed at home, yet told it's professionally printed. You can't print professionally for $10. There's plenty of online services which print cheaply, but the archival quality of the paper and inks are questionable.

IF you don't want to be on my list, then don't steal my photos. You may use MY photos online ONLY with a live link back to jennylens.com. YOU MUST INCLUDE A LINK so Google can properly track it. MY property and I set the rules, all within international laws.

IF you want a collectible, archival, limited edition, hand-signed, hand-numbered with a certificate of authenticity, you will buy from me. It's as simple as that.

Why do you think I don't do merch or mass produce cheap prints? Cos the performers have laws which protect them from mass merchandisers or bootleggers making money off of them. Makes my life more difficult, but I play by the rules! These CRIMINAL bootleggers, whether intentionally or via ignorance, are ruining my life and career.

I TOOK THESE PHOTOS. No one paid me, no one told me to . . . I did it from my heart, I work hard all these years and I deserve to make a living, you know?

My legit photos are always limited edition, hand-signed, hand numbered with a certificate of authenticity. NOT ON MERCH! There are laws preventing me from making merch to sell on eBay!

If you find photos or merch with my photo being sold, please write me. It is lawful for other collectors who have purchased directly from me to resell those photos (and believe me, they won't cost $10!). IT is not lawful to sell photos reproduced from books or old magazines or agencies who have illegally obtained my copyrighted photos.

Jayme71 on eBay, aka EvaLaDiva elsewhere, is one particular predator. She posted my Blondie photo on eBay that was counterfeit. She had the nerve to wrote to me to stop harassing her after attempting to or perhaps selling a counterfeit photo of MINE. The she posted MY uncredited images in Image Shack, Flickr and the Fashion Spot.

I merely completed a NOCI (Notice of Claimed Infringement) and either faxed or email to the sites. Within hours, my photos were removed. The ONLY way to deal with these criminal elements is to fight back legally.
