Josh Burns, muralist for Trader Joe’s, 3212 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica and other places. Very talented. Note he fills in the background with layers of spray paint, before adding details. He does the water free form, but drew detailed drawing of the animals, which he used when spray painting. This is how real artists works, very technically as well as artistic.
