This page contains the following in this order:
Copyright info, Photo Delivery plus Posters, Post Cards and other Reproductions
All Jenny Lens photos are Copyrighted: Photographs sold from the Jenny Lens Punk Archive, regardless where purchased — this site or other authentic affiliated sites or illegally obtained elsewhere — are intended for private and personal use ONLY. Reproduction and transmission is strictly prohibited. The Jenny Lens Punk Archive retains copyright and ownership of its intellectual property.
All prints are custom and printed upon receipt of payment. Jenny personally oversees the printings and signs and numbers the front and indicates info about the photo (who, where, when). This process take a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks for printing and delivery [unless rush charges added].
Photo Delivery:
USPS Priority for American and International Shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Be aware international shipping may take longer. No way to track international mail because US Postal Service cannot control foreign mail once it leaves the US shores. Sorry, but that’s USPS policy.
Prints are made-to-order, using either professional digital printing (color) or traditional darkroom techniques (most black/white images), quality archival paper, with highly skilled personnel who pay attention to detail, so this process can take from 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery [unless rush charges applied].
These shots were taken under the worst circumstances (smoke filled clubs, getting pushed around, low-end camera, hand-rolled film, etc. No auto-focus, sharp detailed digital cameras). Therefore some negatives require darkroom or digital adjustments for the best possible print.
Photos packages with two layers of corrugated cardboard above and beneath the photo and Certificate of Authenticity. 6 layers of cardboard total, including the outside cardboard.
